Na sowas, gutes Design hilft dem Benutzer ein Produkt besser zu verstehen und reduziert die Supportkosten für den Hersteller erheblich? In vielen Unternehmen wird diese Behauptung auf eine grandiose Form der Skepsis stoßen: Ignoranz.

Bei softwareceo gibt es einen interessanten Artikel, der ganz gut beschreibt, wie ein Designteam in einen Softwareentwicklungsprozess integriert werden muß, damit Software-Produkte von einem notwendigen Übel zu einem großartigen Werkzeug werden können. Nicht daß dies nicht eigentlich klar wäre, aber es ist immer gut, gute Zitatquellen zu haben…
